Job Responsibilities ● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices. ● Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions. ● Design and integrate AI-powered features, automation workflows, and third-party APIs to enhance application functionality. ● Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions. ● Maintain existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide enhancements and bug fixes. ● Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality. ● Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions and improvements. ● Work effectively in cross-functional and agile teams to deliver projects on time. ● Monitor, optimize, and improve application performance, security, and reliability. ● Stay updated with emerging web and AI technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. ● Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications. ● Lead and mentor junior developers, supporting their technical growth and development. ● Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting project deadlines. ● Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies, tools, and AI solutions to improve productivity and business outcomes.
